At Cross Sector Coaching & Training, we bring together more than three decades of experience in coaching, mentoring and learning & development across the legal, manufacturing and travel sectors.
Our work is grounded in a simple belief: people and organisations do their best work when they are supported through thoughtful conversation, practical development, and space to reflect and grow. We focus on what helps people perform well in real roles — not theory for its own sake.
Working across sectors has given us a broad understanding of what supports effective leadership, strong teams and confident progression. Our approach is collaborative and shaped by real‑world experience of working with diverse stakeholders and creating environments where people feel safe to think, challenge, and develop.
